मजदूरों के हक में आवाज उठाने वाले मजदूर अधिकार संगठन के अध्यक्ष शिव कुमार व सदस्य नौदीप कौर की जमानत मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान डीएसपी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि किसानों की हक के नाम पर यह उद्योगों से उगाही का काम कर रहे हैं। यह बात नौदीप कौर ने अपने बयान में मानी है। हाईकोर्ट ने सुनवाई स्थगित करते हुए अब दोनों की मेडिकल लीगल परीक्षण रिपोर्ट तलब कर ली है।
